We are excited to partner with 3100 Cellars, Idaho’s only sparkling winery, for a fun wine tasting event at our Boathouse!
Here are the details:
Date: Saturday, February 8
Time: 3 – 6pm
Tickets are $15, with a portion of proceeds benefitting Save the South Fork Salmon. Your ticket includes tastings, a raffle ticket, and light pairings.
Fun raffle items include swag from Salmon Raft, 3100 Cellars, and Save the South Fork Salmon — additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the event, with all proceeds going directly to Save the South Fork Salmon.
Come for a quick taste or stay and mingle all evening! This event is an open house. A representative from Save the South Fork Salmon will be present at 4:30pm to talk more about the current threats to our watershed.
Please note that this event will be quite full! We recommend dressing warm as we anticipate spilling out onto our covered patio. We’ll have a fire and heater going outside, as well as a snack table.

3100 Cellars
Named for the over 3100 miles of whitewater in the state of Idaho, 3100 Cellars aims to bring wines to your glass that are as alive as the rivers that inspire them. Their signature bubbles have dynamics that remind us of the ever-changing eddies, rapids, and whirlpools in our favorite rivers. 3100 Cellars uses 100% Idaho grapes and is Idaho’s only sparkling winery.
Save the South Fork Salmon
Save the South Fork Salmon (SSFS) strives to protect and preserve the ecological, cultural, and economic resources of the South Fork of the Salmon watershed and the wellbeing of the people that depend on them. SSFS aims to promote ecologically informed stewardship of the river.
